Finvolution
The ocean has had enough.
For years, humans have treated the sea like an endless buffet: fishing boats, hooks, submarines, helicopters, and military tech all sent down to strip the ocean dry. But this time, the fish are not running.
In Finvolution, you begin as a single tiny fish in a quiet ocean. Grow your underwater colony, collect bubbles for biomass, buy new sea creatures, and build a thriving ecosystem. But the more life you create, the more profitable the ocean becomes to humans — and the fishing industry will keep escalating.
Balance cute fish, deep-sea survivors, jellyfish defences, seagull air support, squid takedowns, sharks, and whales as you fight to reclaim the waters. Stay hidden for too long and humans will overfish the ocean. Fight back too early and they will realise the sea is sentient, triggering full military response.
This is our take on “Flip the Script”: instead of humans hunting fish, the fish organise, evolve, and turn the food chain upside down.
Liberate the ocean before humanity wipes it clean.

There are hundreds of UFOs for some reason?
Yeah :( Didn't get around implementing more logic for this. It uses a budget system where every 20 seconds, Humans get X amount of money to spend. Spawning decisions use a greedy algorithm where it spawns as many of the most expensive unit as possible, then goes down the list. It works well enough for fishing ships, but towards the end, it ends up spawning pretty much only UFOs because they have the highest cost.
thanks for playing tho!
PS: Military invasions happen when the awareness meter is full. The meter fills up from attacking human ships.
Win: destroy all human ships and rigs.
Lose: your colony population hits zero.
Controls:
Strategy: Build a large amount of biomass with income fish. Launch attacks with Octopus and Whales against ships, and Seagulls against UFOs and Helicopters.
Bugs and Issues: There is a bug where even when Humans drop to 0, the game continues. It would be counted as a win normally.
Bug where it takes a long time for Octopus to take down ships.
Some performance issues at the later stages if you are zoomed out too much. Try zooming in if this happens.
